Code for evaluation of the field to thermo-field to thermionic electron emission current
The code realizes the method [1], which employs the Murphy-Good theory, relies on Padé approximants and is computationally efficient in the full range of conditions of validity of the theory, from field to thermo-field to thermionic emission regimes.
Examples of calculation results:

jem: electron emission current density computed by the code, Tw=300 K.
jFN: value given by the Fowler-Nordheim formula.
Vertical line: limit of the region of applicability of the
Fowler-Nordheim theory according to Murphy and Good 1956.
jem: electron emission current density computed by the code.
jRS: value given by the Richardson-Schottky formula.
